Our company has developed and implemented the information security policy, applied to all employees and consultants. Belprog works in accordance with international laws on Intellectual Property Rights Protection. The company doesn't disclose, sell, or pass your information to the third parties. Information privacy is legally protected by signing Non-disclosure agreement. Such procedure is an obligatory part of cooperation between Belprog and its clients. This agreement is often adapted to the needs of the client. All employees or consultants of the company, in their turn, sign this agreement and confirm it annually. The contact information of our clients is confidential and is not subject to disclosure.
Intellectual property is legal property rights over creations of the mind, both artistic and commercial, and the corresponding fields of law. Under intellectual property law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets, such as musical, literary, and artistic works; ideas, discoveries, and inventions; and words, phrases, symbols, and designs. Common types of intellectual property include copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights, and trade secrets.
By information security we mean protection of the company data, applications, networks, and computer systems from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification or destruction.
Information security and client privacy are the highest priorities at Belprog. Our software, database encryption, and firewall technologies are specifically designed to prevent unauthorized users from accessing our systems or client information. |
